Refund Policy – Twinkle Toes Pamper Parties
At Twinkle Toes Pamper Parties we understand that plans can change. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while ensuring our business can continue delivering magical experiences.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 14 days before the party. Full refund minus a [processing/admin] fee of $100
Between 7 and 14 days before the party: 50% refund of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before the party: No refund, as preparations and bookings will have already been made.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your party once at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Requests to reschedule within 7 days of the event may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
- If our team arrives at the designated venue and the party cannot proceed due to the client’s absence or failure to provide access, no refund will be given.
Service Satisfaction
- If there are concerns regarding our service, we encourage you to reach out within 24 hours of the event. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will work to resolve any issues promptly.
